Our menus change quarterly, with a specials menu entirely designed by advanced students changing every two weeks.

For lunch reservations call 253-589-5889 or use the reservations widget on the right margin. 预订 can be made thirty days in advance. We are closed between quarters, approximately three to four weeks for the students break 和 training.
Please underst和 if you call, students are in classes all over campus or online 和 do not monitor the phone. Phone messages will be checked 周三 和 周四 mornings 和 a return call will be made at that time.
We accept cash (please no $50 or $100 bills), Visa 和 MasterCard.
The 雷尼尔山的房间 is a teaching environment 和 we want students 和 diners alike to have a positive experience. Parties of 8 or more will be divided into smaller groups.
预订 are limited. We adjust capacity based on students experience.
If no slots are showing available we are full for those days. We fill up fast, the reservation system is working fine...
